Our Nachos are served with delicious, hot corn or flour chips, and are ready for your toppings! We have several topping choices that will make your mouth water: chicken, ground beef, barbacoa, and al pastor. After you add the meat, you have many other delicious toppings to choose from to add the final touches to your fabulous creation.

  • In Mexico nachos are called “totopos”
  • By popular poll, nachos are the food most craved by pregnant women.
  • The first known appearance of the word “nachos” in English dates all the way back to 1949, from the book A Taste of Texas.
  • The University of Kansas set the record for the world’s largest plate of nachos on April 21, 2012 with an 80-foot long, 2-foot wide, 10-inch deep pile of chips, which broke the record by weighing in at nearly 5,000 pounds. Holy guacamole!
  • Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina in Las Vegas has a nachos eating challenge called I can’t Drive 55 Dollar Nachos which is 8 pounds of nachos with 20 toppings. If two people can eat it in 55 minutes or less, it’s free. If not…it’s $55.
